A company incorporated to farm the whole system
FCG Integrated Farm Pvt Ltd — operating under the Farmers Care Group identity — was formed to hold five interdependent agri-businesses inside a single, accountable corporate vehicle.
Who We Are
Farmers Care Group
FCG stands for Farmers Care Group. The name sets the test the company applies to every decision: does it leave the farmer, the land and the animal better than it found them?
The company is being established as a private limited company under the Companies Act, with a Memorandum of Association drawn specifically to permit five integrated lines of business rather than one. That is deliberate. A conventional poultry company cannot legally run a CBG plant; a fertilizer company cannot run a dairy. Our charter allows the loop to be closed inside one entity — which is the only way the economics work.
We are building in India, for Indian conditions: smallholding-adjacent land, monsoon-driven fodder cycles, real constraints on grid power and cold chain, and a policy environment that actively rewards waste-to-energy and organic soil regeneration.

Vision
To make the integrated, zero-waste farm the standard unit of Indian agriculture — a farm that produces its own feed, its own fertilizer and its own energy, and sends nothing to a landfill or a drain.
Mission
To build and operate commercially disciplined livestock, cultivation, feed, bio-energy and organic-input businesses that are engineered to feed one another — creating durable rural employment and measurably better soil.
Cruelty-free husbandry
Modern animal husbandry practice, humane housing, biosecurity and welfare standards are written into our charter, not added later.
Soil before yield
We measure organic carbon, not just tonnage. Every cycle must return more to the soil than it extracts.
Nothing wasted
If a stream leaves the farm without a buyer, we have designed the system wrong. Waste is a design failure.
Farmers first
Contract cultivation, feedstock buy-back and access to our organic inputs are how the surrounding village shares in the loop.

These are the objects for which FCG Integrated Farm Pvt Ltd exists. Every activity described anywhere on this site sits inside one of them.
OBJECT 01
Integrated Livestock & Poultry Farming
To engage in the business of breeding, raising, farming, processing, and trading of diverse livestock and poultry. This includes, but is not limited to, commercial layer and free-range poultry farming (including breeds like Black Australorp and Desi birds), dairy farming (Cows), goat rearing, piggery, and rabbit farming, ensuring cruelty-free and modern animal husbandry practices.
OBJECT 02
Smart Agriculture & Commercial Cultivation
To carry on the business of smart and sustainable agriculture, including the high-density cultivation of commercial crops such as Moringa (Sahjan), high-yield fodder like Super Napier grass, and the practice of multi-cropping/intercropping with pulses (Urad, Moong, Dhaincha). To implement modern irrigation systems and precision farming technologies.
OBJECT 03
Animal Feed & Pellet Manufacturing
To set up, manufacture, process, formulate, and deal in all types of animal feed, poultry feed, and supplementary nutrition. This includes the production of Animal Feed Pellets, cultivation of Black Soldier Fly (BSF) larvae as an alternative protein source, and processing of green fodder into commercial feed products.
OBJECT 04
Bio-Energy, Biogas & CBG Plant Operations
To establish, operate, and maintain Bio Gas Plants and Compressed Bio Gas (CBG) Plants. To process agricultural waste, livestock manure, and organic farm waste into renewable energy, CBG Pellets, and Bio-pellets for commercial and industrial use.
OBJECT 05
Organic Fertilizers & Waste-to-Wealth Processing
To manufacture, produce, process, and sell organic manure, Vermicompost, and Biochar from farm residues and animal waste. To adopt a zero-waste integrated farming model that converts by-products of one farming activity into valuable inputs for another, promoting eco-friendly and sustainable agricultural ecosystems.

Built to be audited
An enterprise that intends to work with banks, oil marketing companies and state departments has to be legible to all three. We are establishing the registration, consent and reporting stack before scale, not after it.
Livestock, feed manufacturing, bio-energy and fertilizer are each separately regulated in India. Running all four means holding all four sets of approvals — and being inspected against all four. We treat that as a moat, not a burden.
